Tens of thou­sands of people world­wide enjoy the live vir­tual real­ity show for a fee, paid by credit card on the Big Sis­ter Inter­net portal. The view­ers vis­it­ing the chat room  can inter­act with the girls, and become “engaged” in real time.

Big Sis­ter: Satel­lite Love is a meta­phor of our lives on and within the Inter­net. Vir­tual real­ity becomes a dilemma, an obses­sion, and an altern­at­ive for every­day life. The inter­net view­ers pay for the real vis­it­ors’ free pleas­ure. Is it simply voyeur­ism or do the view­ers become pros­ti­tutes of the vis­it­ors them­selves?
